Our Return Policy

IN-STORE
All returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase for a refund in the original payment. Item(s) must be in resalable condition and unopened.  If it is after 14 days you have 30 days to make a return for store credit. Please bring your receipt!

ONLINE
We are happy to return an item if you if you are not totally happy.  Items must be resalable, un-opened, and in resalable condition. All returns must be requested within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at atlanta@treehousekidandcraft.com and we can send you a return label. 

We will refund you once we have received your returned goods, less shipping charges.
